Unit Purpose.
As you progress through the Sporting Activity : Badminton unit you will be introduced to the basic skills & knowledge of this dynamic and fast paced sport. You will experience opportunities to play as well as developing your knowledge on factors such as ; rules and regulations, sport specific fitness and much more.
Equipment will be provided for you & regardless of ability level or experience playing badminton, you should attend with an open mind & demonstrate an eagerness to complete the required work to the
best of your ability.
