To get started it's important to acknowledge the three development stages which this outcome will focus on in terms of physical activity for children. They are as follows;
- Infancy (2-6) - Young children (6-11) - Adolescence (11-16)
For each of the development stages you will learn / be required to conduct research about the benefits that physical activity can have for each stage above.
PART B)please create a word document which will essentially be your LO1 report notes based on benefits of physical activity for children. Please ensure you save your work in a one drive folder.
B1)Please read the following document and begin to take your own notes of benefits of physical activity - you'll notice there are many based on different perspectives, i.e intellectually as well as psychologically...this should encourage you to seperate your information in to sub headings.
PART C)Please read this document, however you should pay particular attention to section 3 & 4 for your notes.
