Completion requirements

Development stage key information :

Implementing the proposed exercise training and nutritional intervention in relation to the client’s stated goals.

!!!!! - The learner must provide clear evidence of undertaking a practical case study (minimum 12 weeks) and implementing the proposed intervention with the client, addressing all minimum evidence requirements.

Suggestions from class on 14/2/25 :

While no word count is specified, minimum evidence requirements determine that learners should retain task focus. This stage should be in the region of 2,000 words (excluding references and appendices).

Learners at this stage should now be planning and implementing the intervention, as important information about the client, exercise and nutrition would have been collected within the early phase of the graded unit.

This, therefore, allows the learner to measure at multiple points (multiple waves of measurement) the client’s progress (if any) over the 12-week intervention.

Learners should, throughout this stage establish and record any meetings, targets for exercise sessions, interim testing and goals for modifying client’s nutritional facets.
